How do I get my conference delegate pass if I already registered for the event?

If you have registered for the conference, our ticketing partner Meraevents.com must have sent you an email with delegate pass in a pdf format. Please bring it to the venue to get in.

How do I reach the venue?

Do I need to carry my laptop/ any other material?

Carrying your laptop is optional, however some workshops demand computers. If you are signing up for a workshop which needs laptop, please bring in. Make sure that you have data on your mobile to do hotspot.
Carrying your ticket is mandatory. If you are student we request you to carry your college Id along with the ticket.

Will I get a certificate of participation if I attend workshop/conference?

Yes, definitely. You’ll be given a certificate of participation signed by the workshop leader and watermarked by UsabilityMatters.Org for all the workshops you have participated.

I think I have paid twice, what should I do?

Send us an email at uxindia@usabilitymatters.org with both the transaction details, and we will help you out.

I need an invoice before I pay, what should I do?

Send us an email at uxindian@usabilitymatters.org with delegate details along with details to whom the invoice needs to be raised to. We will send you an invoice of estimate .

Can I register at the venue?

Yes, you can register at the venue. You can check the walk in prices (Pay at Venue) on the “Register” page. We may have just a few walk in passes which will be given out on first come first serve basis.

How do I become a volunteer?

Click here to submit a form with your all details, strengths, interests and contact details and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

What if I need to cancel my registration/send some one else in my place?

  • For cancellations before September 1st, registration fees will be refunded at 50%
  • For cancellations after September 1st, there will no refund on the registration fees.
  • There will be no refund if you are a no show for the event.
  • Transfers: The registration can easily be transferred to someone else, we just need a written notice 5 days prior to the event so we can make the necessary adjustments.

How can I choose one workshop among the parallelly happening workshops?

We will send you a form to choose workshops prior to the conference.

What is the dress code for the conference?

There is no dress code as such for the conference but we insist that you be dressed smart and presentable as this happens to be professional gathering.
